Earning stays free
Eligible platform revenue funds a monthly seeker pool, shared by eligible contributions on either plan. Payouts vary; there is no guaranteed income.
Eligible activity earns contribution credits. Cleared credits share the monthly pool, subject to verification and permissions. Each month’s totals are reviewed before payouts are released.
New credits clear after a 14-day fraud and audit window before they count toward settlement.
Request a payout once at least $15 of settled cash is available. Cash-out is currently US-only and requires payout onboarding.
Clear answers
A task is one finished piece of work: one cover letter with its outline and up to 3 revisions, one ATS coaching, one résumé, one scan or analysis, one pitch with its revisions, or one Technical Practice session. Job and portfolio imports never use a task. Reopening saved results uses no task. The free allowance resets every day at 00:00 UTC.
There is no daily task cap. One AI operation runs at a time, and fair-use and session limits still apply so the service stays fast and fair for everyone.
Open Settings → Billing and choose Cancel plan. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you can resume any time before then. Nothing renews after that.
No. Earning is part of the free plan. Contribution credits are earnings, never a currency for buying Premium, and cash-out opens once at least $15 is available.
Through Stripe, at $20 a month or $45 every 3 months, plus any applicable tax. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch ZeroXP. Receipts appear in Settings → Billing, where you can also switch between the two.
Each account gets one 7-day trial. Checkout asks for a card and shows the date of the first charge; we email you before it, and cancelling in Settings → Billing before then means you pay nothing.

Recruiters discover candidates through skills, showcased work and application activity on Reload. Posting roles is free; paid plans add full profiles and monthly contacts.
