Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information. Your email and authentication details (we use passwordless sign-in), and profile details you provide such as name and contact information.
• Profile and career data. Your resume, portfolio, skills, work preferences, saved jobs, and application history.
• Activity and rewards data. XP, credits, streaks, milestones, referrals, and related anti-abuse signals (such as verification and dwell) used to award and protect earnings.
• Payment data. When you pay or receive payouts, our payments provider Stripe collects and processes your payment and payout details. We receive limited transaction and status information; we do not store full card numbers.
• AI inputs and outputs. Content you submit to AI-assisted features (for example, resume or portfolio analysis) and the results generated for you.
• Usage and device data. Log data, approximate location derived from IP, device/browser type, and interactions with the Service, used to operate, secure, and improve it.

How we use your information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Match you with jobs and opportunities, and deliver your applications to the employers you choose;
• Calculate, verify, and pay out XP, credits, and rewards, and prevent fraud and abuse;
• Process payments and payouts and meet tax and legal obligations;
• Provide AI-assisted features you request;
• Communicate with you about your account, security, and the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Employers you apply to — the application and profile information you choose to send them.
• Service providers (processors) who process data on our behalf under contract, including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments and payouts), OpenAI (AI features), and Resend (email delivery).
• Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Reload, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

AI features

For provider-backed AI features, we send relevant saved profile evidence, job context, and the drafts or answers you submit to OpenAI to produce the result you request. Deterministic matching and keyword-coverage checks do not require a model call. AI coaching is not a verified assessment of ability or a hiring prediction.

Saved AI results and practice reports are private to your account; saving them does not publish them to your showcase or recruiter profile. You can delete saved results from History and include them in your personal-data export.

Voice practice sends microphone audio to OpenAI after you grant permission. We do not store audio recordings. Text practice sends only answers you submit. Interview transcript text is deleted after the report is completed; interrupted transcripts expire after 24 hours and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Reports remain until you delete them or your account is purged. Provider-side processing and retention are governed separately by our provider account settings and agreements.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in and keep the Service secure, and to understand and improve how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may break sign-in.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then retain and delete it according to our retention practices and legal obligations (for example, we may retain transaction records for tax and accounting purposes).

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can manage much of your data in your account settings, or contact us at privacy@zeroxp.careers to exercise these rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International users

We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
