Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page summarizes what the Terms of Service of Reload Careers, Inc. say about cancelling and refunds. The Terms are the agreement that applies; if this summary and the Terms ever differ, the Terms govern.
Cancelling Premium
- You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan & payouts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Premium until then and are not charged again.
- Premium renews automatically each month or every 3 months, depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel.
- Each account can have one 7-day free Premium trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the price of the plan you chose is charged when it ends. We email you before the first charge.
- If we change the Premium price, we notify you in advance and the new price applies from your next billing period after the notice. You can cancel before it takes effect.
Refunds
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
- Bounties are non-refundable.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@zeroxp.careers.
