Workforce Analytics Graduate Summer Intern

Position Purpose: The role will focus on developing and automating Power BI reports, using Python and APIs to streamline data collection and reporting. Intern will use AI to streamline data collection. Daily tasks will include analyzing historical call data, auditing workforce management metrics, comparing forecasted versus actual performance, identifying trends, and helping standardize reporting across all lines of business. Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business.

The ideal candidate would have experience with Power BI, Python, and APIs, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They should be comfortable working with data, automating reports, identifying trends, and have a willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate across teams.

Experience with AI in some capacity in the past is important.

The salary range is: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed. Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.
