Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced and performance-driven TikTok Ads Specialist to join a dynamic marketing team.

In this role, you'll take ownership of TikTok advertising campaigns, from strategy and execution to optimization and scaling. You'll use your expertise in paid social advertising to drive conversions, improve campaign performance, and deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate has at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads, a strong understanding of paid media strategies, and a proven ability to optimize campaigns for growth.

Experience working in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, launch, and manage TikTok advertising campaigns aligned with business objectives.
•Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and overall conversion rates.
•Conduct audience research, implement targeting strategies, and identify opportunities to scale campaigns.
•Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging, high-performing ad content.
•Execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
•Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend effectively to maximize returns.
•Track campaign results, analyze performance data, and provide actionable recommendations.
•Ensure accurate conversion tracking through TikTok Pixel and relevant analytics tools.
•Stay informed about TikTok advertising updates, emerging trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

•Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience managing paid advertising campaigns on TikTok.
•Proven experience using TikTok Ads Manager to create, manage, and optimize campaigns.
•Strong understanding of paid social advertising, performance marketing, and conversion optimization.
•Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling successful campaigns.
•Ability to interpret campaign data and make informed optimization decisions.
•Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and creative performance analysis.
•Familiarity with TikTok Pixel, conversion tracking, and analytics platforms.
•Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

•Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing agency.
•Experience managing multiple client accounts or advertising campaigns simultaneously.
•Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid advertising platforms.
•Experience running campaigns for e-commerce, DTC, or lead generation businesses.
•Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Shopify, or similar platforms.
•Experience collaborating with international marketing teams or clients.
