About the team
You will join our Tax practice and work closely with Tax Partners, subject matter experts and other internal stakeholders. This is a newly created role focused on helping us reach new clients and generate new business opportunities.
Our Tax professionals will provide the technical expertise, while you bring the sales and business development perspective. You will identify and approach potential clients, understand their needs and connect them with the right Tax specialists.
Tax knowledge is not required. We are looking for someone who enjoys sales, reaching out to new clients and turning initial conversations into business opportunities.
What will you do?
•Identify and research potential new clients and relevant contacts using CRM systems, databases and other sources.
•Proactively approach prospects through different sales channels.
•Generate and qualify new business opportunities and understand potential clients’ needs.
•Follow up on leads from outreach activities, marketing campaigns and events.
•Connect qualified opportunities with the relevant Tax experts, who will lead the technical discussions and negotiations.
•Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM, track activities and ensure consistent follow-up.
What matters to us?
•2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or a similar commercial role.
•Experience from consulting, telecommunications, logistics or a similar B2B environment.
•Hands-on experience with new client acquisition, outbound sales and lead generation.
•Confidence in approaching prospective clients by phone and email and starting new business conversations.
•Experience working with CRM systems and client/prospect databases.
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
•A proactive, structured and independent approach to work.
•Native-level Czech and very good English.
