•Support stormwater drainage and other civil design for a range of infrastructure projects.
•Work collaboratively with engineers, planners, designers, scientists, and other technical professionals across disciplines.
•Participate in site visits, field investigations, data collection, and construction support activities.
•Learn applicable design standards, stormwater regulations, modeling tools, and client expectations.
•Receive mentorship and progressively take on greater technical and project responsibilities as your skills develop and your career path advances.
•Build relationships within a supportive, employee-owned culture that values curiosity, initiative, teamwork, and fun.

What You Bring to the Team:

•A bachelor's or master’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, water resources engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
•A strong interest in stormwater management, surface water engineering, hydrology, hydraulics, climate resilience, and sustainable infrastructure.
•Engineer-in-Training certification or plans to pursue it.
•A collaborative approach to project work and the initiative to take ownership of your tasks, ask questions, share your ideas, seek feedback, follow through, and learn from others.
