Job Description

I. JOB SUMMARY

The Intern will interface daily with customers of the team and on behalf of LMH. Responsible for a variety of team support duties, this position will be able to assist with major projects, as well as day-to-day customer inquiries. As a member of the team, the Intern must have a high regard for customer service and integrity. This position will provide support by assisting with transactional functions and clerical duties.

II. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•Provides high quality, first line information and support to customers to assist the department staff.

•Participates in the investigation, preparation and solution presentation of various projects.

•Recognizes trends and recommends suggestions to aid in process improvement for the department and organization.

•Maintains and insures confidentiality of sensitive information

•Responsible for other duties as needed or assigned.

III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Required :

•High School diploma or equivalent

•Enrolled at the University of Kansas in the supply chain program
