โขDevelop and execute test plans, including functional and integration testing
โขProvide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
โขCollaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and consistency across systems
โขDocument functional specifications, user guides, and best practice frameworks
โขMonitor performance metrics and generate dashboards for key stakeholders
โขStay abreast of industry trends and o9 platform enhancements to advise clients accordingly

โขExperience with data integration across ERP, WMS, and other supply chain systems
โขExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
โขDemonstrated success in driving process improvements and cost savings
โขAbility to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
โขAnalytical mindset with proficiency in scenario modeling and demand forecasting
โขFamiliarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus
