ABOUT THE ROLE
Support the founding team at an early-stage AI recruiting company with strategic projects across operations, growth, and talent workflows. This role helps improve the processes behind a technology platform connecting candidates with startup opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
•Support strategic projects across business operations, growth, and talent workflows.
•Analyze data and build spreadsheet models or reports to inform operational decisions.
•Document processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows.
•Coordinate multiple projects and deliverables with minimal supervision.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
•Experience with data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, or business intelligence tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
•Experience with process documentation, workflow optimization, or operational project management.
•Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for documents and collaboration.
•Experience in a startup, scale-up, or other fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
•Experience with recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations workflows is helpful.
•Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or recruiting software, and exposure to AI tools or AI-driven business models, is a plus.
•Available for the current internship cycle.
