Stakeholder Coordinator (UAE National)
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Parsons is looking for an enthusiastic Stakeholder Coordinator – (UAE National ) in Site to join our team. In this role, you will support the coordination of stakeholders and day-to-day project activities related to enabling works and infrastructure projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
•Coordinate communication between the project team, contractors, subcontractors, service authorities, and other stakeholders.
•Support the coordination of stakeholder requirements, interfaces, access, permits, and project-related activities.
•Arrange and attend coordination meetings, prepare minutes, track actions, and follow up on outstanding items.
•Maintain stakeholder contact lists, correspondence logs, action trackers, reports, and project records.
•Coordinate with site teams to gather updates and share relevant project information with stakeholders.
•Assist with escalating stakeholder concerns and coordinating their resolution with the appropriate project teams.
•Support the coordination of meetings with service authorities, contractors, and other relevant parties.
•Help ensure project documentation and records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
•Promote a positive health and safety culture and participate in site safety activities as required.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring
•Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
•UAE National.
•Fresh graduates are welcome; internship experience is an advantage.
•Good English communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•A valid driving licence is required.
•Willingness to work at the project site and engage with a range of stakeholders.
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring
•An understanding of stakeholder coordination, project activities, and communication processes.
•Familiarity with enabling works, infrastructure projects, or construction environments.
•Knowledge of Abu Dhabi service authorities, permitting, or stakeholder interfaces.
•Experience preparing meeting minutes, reports, trackers, or other project documentation.
•Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
