POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re growing being, our haircare brand of treatments and hair masks, and TRUE, our body care brand, across Australia, with a refresh of being on the way. We’re looking for a Social & Content Coordinator who lives on TikTok and Instagram and loves making content that sells. Based in our Sydney office, you’ll run day-to-day social for both brands, from planning and shooting to posting, creators and ads. Position Impact

Social is where being and TRUE win or lose attention, and you’ll own one question: how do we keep both brands front of mind for beauty lovers, every single day? You’ll take over the content calendars, create short-form content in-house, run creator seeding for launches and help bring the being refresh to life. You’ll work with the Social & Content Manager, brand marketing, design, our Brand Engagement team and our digital and paid media team. You’ll get hands-on experience across organic and paid social on two brands in a fast-moving category, with a clear path to grow your career.

How you’ll help us grow

•Own the content calendar for being and TRUE: plan, schedule and publish across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, in line with launches

•Shoot and edit short-form video, photography and captions in-house, and brief designers and freelancers for bigger pieces

•Create ad content that fits our media plans, and support our paid media lead with ad set-up and optimisation

•Scout creators and UGC talent, write creator briefs, and run product seeding and gifting with our Brand Engagement team

•Manage the community: reply to comments and DMs, flag product feedback and keep each brand’s voice consistent

•Track beauty, haircare and body care trends, and pitch fast-turnaround content ideas

•Coordinate shoots, samples and asset libraries, and supply content to retail and ecommerce partners

•Report weekly and monthly on reach, engagement, follower growth and creator results, and turn what you learn into better content

What Helps You Win Here

•1–2 years in a social media or content role, ideally for beauty, haircare, personal care or FMCG brands, in-house or agency

•A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field

•A portfolio of short-form video (TikTok / Reels) you’ve shot and edited yourself

•Experience coordinating influencer or creator programmes, including seeding, briefing and tracking

•Hands-on with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, TikTok, a scheduling tool (e.g. Later or Sprout Social) and editing tools like CapCut, Canva or Adobe Premiere / Lightroom

•Organised and fast: you juggle two brands and a busy calendar without dropping pace, quality or detail

•An eye for trends and data: you know what’s working and why, and you’re quick to act on it
