YOUR ROLE

You own our entire spanish-speaking top of funnel: from first contact to qualified demo handoff to our Account Executives. And if you've got what it takes, you'll have a clear path to becoming a closer yourself within a few months.

WHAT TO EXPECT

•Qualify the leads our marketing generates every day

•Multi-channel outreach: phone, email, LinkedIn, and testing new channels

•Build sequences: form hypotheses, test, measure, improve

•Actively shape SDR processes in a fast-growing startup

•Top-performing SDRs have a real shot at moving into an AE role within months

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•Native-Level / C2 level Spanish; good English

•1+ years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales, B2B SaaS preferred

•Naturally competitive, driven to maximize output, and motivated by uncapped commission

WHAT WE OFFER

•€45,000–70,000 OTE (base + uncapped commission)

•Fast-track path to AE

HIRING PROCESS

3. 30 min chat to get to know the go-to-market manager
