YOUR ROLE

You own our entire german-speaking top of funnel: from first contact to qualified demo handoff to our Account Executives. And if you've got what it takes, you'll have a clear path to becoming a closer yourself within a few months.

WHAT TO EXPECT

•Qualify the leads our marketing generates every day

•Multi-channel outreach: phone, email, LinkedIn, and testing new channels

•Build sequences: form hypotheses, test, measure, improve

•Actively shape SDR processes in a fast-growing startup

•Top-performing SDRs have a real shot at moving into an AE role within months

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•1+ years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales, B2B SaaS preferred

•Naturally competitive, driven to maximize output, and motivated by uncapped commission

•Native-Level German

•Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)

WHAT WE OFFER

•60.000 - 70.000 € OTE (Uncapped commissions)

HIRING PROCESS

1. 20 min Intro Call with Talent Acquisition
