Job description

At Levitate, we’re on a mission to make a real impact - for our customers, our team, and the world around us. We believe the best work comes from people who are curious, driven, and excited to grow. Our five core values guide everything we do, and we look for teammates who embody the traits that make those values come to life:

Creating Magic ✨ You have the persistence and grit to turn ambitious ideas into remarkable outcomes.

Showing Customer Empathy ❤️ You bring humble confidence, listening deeply, and putting customers first.

Making Data-Driven Decisions 📊 You pair creativity with insights to make smarter, faster choices.

Focusing on Solutions, Not Problems 🔍 You approach challenges with positivity and critical thinking, always looking for the way forward.

Making Small Improvements Every Day 🌱 You embrace coachability and lean into discomfort to grow, improve, and drive lasting change.

Here, you won’t just do a job, you’ll help create meaningful experiences, solve real problems, and shape the future of our company.

We are seeking our next Revenue Insights Coordinator! This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate eager to gain firsthand insight into the inner workings of a sales organization. In this role, you will manage our CRM accuracy, curate and upload prospect lists, execute recurring reporting, and fulfill quick data requests for sales leadership and representatives.

Much of the work is done with an AI assistant alongside spreadsheets and the CRM. You don't need to be a programmer. You do need to be comfortable asking AI to clean a file, check a list, or run a prepared script, and careful enough to verify what it gives back.

You'll report to the Sales Analytics lead and work day to day with sales managers, reps, and marketing.

What you'll do

Keep customer and prospect data clean (daily)

•Find and merge duplicate company and contact records, and fix wrong details such as addresses, phone numbers, and time zones.
•Create new prospect records when reps ask, after checking they don't already exist.
•Process data update requests the same day they come in.
•Help reps when a record looks wrong or won't show up where it should.

Build and load new lead lists

•Use AI to screen out companies that don't fit, confirm websites work, and fill in missing details like owner name or phone number.
•Spot-check a sample by hand, prepare clean import files, load them, and log what was added.

Run recurring reports and data jobs (weekly and monthly)

•Run prepared scripts and spreadsheets that count available leads, flag at-risk customers, and close out stale pipeline records.
•Review the output, decide the exceptions the script can't, and update shared tracking sheets.
•Compare your numbers against dashboards and flag anything that looks off.

Handle ad hoc requests

•Pull lists, set up sales campaign, and answer ad-hoc questions by sales reps regarding missing data or a technical glitch in the CRM.
•Monitor key sales metrics and raise anything unusual.
•Write down how you did each task so it can be repeated and automated.

What we're looking for

•A bachelor's degree, finished recently or this year, in business, economics, statistics, information systems, or a related field.
•Comfort in spreadsheets: XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, pivot tables, sorting, and filtering.
•Strong attention to detail. You double-check before changing records other people rely on.
•Curiosity about AI tools and a habit of verifying what they produce.
•Clear written communication. You confirm when a request is done.
•The ability to juggle several small requests and spot which one is urgent.
•Strong integrity and ethics – your role will expose you to sensitive/confidential data and you must adhere to being trustworthy at all costs.

Bonus points

None of these are required, but they'll help you hit the ground running.

•Time in a CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce
•Some exposure to Python, SQL, or GitHub, even if it was just for a class
•An internship in sales, marketing, or operations
•Real experience using AI tools for school or work projects, beyond asking a chatbot questions

Our commitment to our staff is showcased not only through our strong company culture, but also through our employee-centric benefits and programs including:

•Daily catered lunches from locally-owned restaurants and diverse snack offerings
•Employee-led groups (run club, disc golf club, and book club, just to name a few) that bring employees with similar hobbies and interests together to inspire and build relationships
•Plentiful opportunities to volunteer with and contribute to local organizations that align with the passions of our staff
•Flexible PTO to facilitate strong work-life balance
•Paid parental leave that provides employees with support and flexibility as they grow their families
•Extensive benefit options including healthy lifestyle reimbursement, 401(k) matching, HSA/FSA, dental, vision, and mental health coverage, and much more
