Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack - CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, pipeline management with one unified system, consolidating 6–10 disconnected tools into a single platform built for the AI era.

We launched publicly in Feb 2026, are already 65 people, and have strong early product-market fit generating millions in ARR within months of launch. You'll have the chance to both scale our core systems and build new features from 0 to 1.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Technical Recruiting Coordinator to own top-of-funnel sourcing and interview coordination. You'll keep the team organized, managing all coordination so recruiters and hiring managers can focus on evaluation. This is a high-ownership role with real impact on hiring speed and candidate experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•Own interview coordination end to end, including scheduling, prep, reschedules, and status updates.

•Partner with hiring manager and recruiters to deliver world class interview experiences.

•Greet candidates and see around corners during onsite interviews.

•Keep the ATS clean and track pipeline coverage, response rates, and time in stage.

•Help document sourcing plays and scheduling workflows as we scale.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

•Academic or professional experience in coordination, or a related high-volume operations role.

•High attention to detail and comfort running many live processes at once.

•Clear written communication and a strong focus on candidate experience.

•High agency, speed and a builder mindset.

LOCATION

San Francisco. We're an in-person team — 5 days in the office. At this stage, proximity genuinely accelerates product quality and team cohesion.
