We are seeking a bright and energised Project Officer to join our team supporting a strategically important Defence capability based at the Harold E Holt Facility in Exmouth, Western Australia.

As part of the Program Management Office (PMO), you will support program delivery through governance, reporting, document management and stakeholder coordination activities. This role also provides the opportunity to support local site security activities under the direction of Raytheon's National Security function, with training provided.

We offer the opportunity to work in a unique operational environment while supporting a capability that contributes directly to Australia's national security.

Supporting the Program Manager and PMO team, your responsibilities will include coordinating project reporting, maintaining program documentation, administering SharePoint sites and supporting governance activities across the program.

You will also support local security administration activities including visitor management, site access coordination, record keeping and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Support preparation and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
•Coordinate inputs to Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Contract Status Reviews (CSRs), Contract Status and Schedule Reviews (CSSRs) and other reporting requirements.
•Prepare reports, presentations and other project / customer deliverables.
•Maintain program registers, records and project documentation.
•Administer and maintain SharePoint sites and document libraries.
•Coordinate meetings, actions and stakeholder engagements.
•Support local security administration and compliance activities.
•Assist with visitor management, site access and security record keeping.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

•Experience in a Project Officer, Project Coordinator, Program Support or similar role.
•Advanced Microsoft Word skills and the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
•Experience using SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
•Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
•Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
•Excellent organisational and time management skills.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
•Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
•Current Driver's Licence.

Desirable:

•Certificate IV or Diploma in Project Management, Business Administration or similar discipline.
•Experience supporting Defence or Government programs.
•Experience supporting PMO or project governance activities.
•Experience with CDRLs and customer reporting requirements.
•Existing Australian Government Security Clearance.
