Job description

As a Project Controller in Engineering Services, you’ll provide solutions and services that help our customers protect and control critical electrical infrastructure and power systems worldwide.

The Project Controller is a key member of the Project Management team and requires a variety of skills. Our typical projects can range from small, single deliverable projects to larger, multi-month or even multi-year projects. You will be involved from quoting to project close out. You will coordinate and track project activities between the Project Manager and the Engineering teams. Key duties include supporting quote preparation, schedule tracking, resource tracking, project finance, and technical deliverables. You will also engage with customer project managers, procurement, legal, and engineering team members.

As a Project Controller, a typical day might include the following:

•Forecasting project resource workload and tracking deliverables

•Support development and negotiation of proposals and project cost estimates

•Order entry on new projects including entering schedules and resources

•Issue Purchase Orders and track deliveries of equipment

•Ensure invoices are issued per project billing schedules

•Reviewing project deadlines and finances

•Data analysis and metrics tracking

This job might be for you if you:

Pay Range Data

We anticipate filling this position as a Project Controller I -$90,000-110,000 per year. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the salary range may differ if filled at a different level. Our salary ranges are determined by job and responsibility. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills #IND3
