Job Description:

Major Duties and Responsibilities

•

Improves product cost, service, quality, process safety, health, and environmental impact.(제품원가, 서비스, 품질, 안전보건 및 환경 개선)

•

Develops and applies statistical techniques to monitor and improve manufacturing processes. (제조공정 모니터링 및 개선을 위한 통계기법 적용)

•

Initiates and completes technical activities for new or improved products or processes with significant business impact.(신제품/공정 개선 기술 활동 주도 및 완료)

•

Leads in project planning to support successful execution and alignment with business needs(프로젝트 계획 실행)

•

Provides appropriate and timely documentation of technical work as required by the business unit(사업부 요구에 따른 기술 업무 문서화)

•

Interacts with other personnel, principally within the division/staff organization to develop a network of resources to facilitate completion of assignments. (조직/부서/그룹간 커뮤니케이션 및 네트워크 개발)

Qualification

•

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required

•

Majored in Chemical/Mechanical/Electric engineering or any equivalences

•

0-5 years of experience is required ( Less than 7 years of experience is preferred)  신입 또는 유관 경력 2-5년 가량 보유자

•

Proficiency in MS Office & CAD (advanced Excel functionality, experienced PowerPoint user) (MS office 및 CAD사용능력)

•

Fluency in written and spoken English (Global 담당자와 커뮤니케이션 할 수 있는 영어 능력)

•

Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and stakeholder in Global  (조직 내 여러 부서와 Global 담당자와 협력하여 일 할 수 있는 능력)

Condition

•Type: 정규직 (수습기간 3개월)
•Location: 한국3M 화성공장 경기 화성시 만세구 장안면 금의리 763-1 ) / 통근버스 운행 중
