Pre-Sales Technical Coordinator

What You Will Do

As a Pre-Sales Technical Coordinator (Sensormatic Solutions), you will support the preparation of quotations, estimates and technical proposals for retail security solutions, including CCTV, Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) and RFID projects. Working closely with sales, engineering and project delivery teams, you will help review customer requirements, coordinate project information, maintain estimation records and ensure proposals are completed accurately and on time. How You Will Do It

·       Support the preparation of project estimates, quotations and technical proposals.

·       Review customer information, specifications, drawings and project documentation.

·       Maintain and update estimation spreadsheets, project records and supporting documentation.

·       Assist with validating quantities, material requirements and pricing information.

·       Liaise with sales, engineering and project teams to gather and coordinate information required for customer submissions.

·       Ensure quotations and proposal documentation are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.

·       Maintain organised records and documentation throughout the presales process.

·       Support continuous improvement of estimation, quotation and administration processes.

·       Provide general administrative support to the Presales and Engineering teams as required.

·       Deliver high-quality customer support in a fast-paced environment.

What We Are Looking For

Required

·       Good experience in technical administration, estimation support, engineering support, project coordination, presales support or a similar role.

·       Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manage and maintain detailed costing and tracking spreadsheets.

·       Ability to review and interpret drawings, layouts and project documentation.

·       Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

·       Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

·       Proactive and customer-focused approach.

·       Comfortable working with technical information and supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

Beneficial

·       Familiarity with CCTV system design and estimation.

·       Experience with Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) systems.

·       Knowledge of Sensormatic Solutions products and technologies.

·       Experience within retail security, low-voltage systems or electronic security industries.
