Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA) – Urgent Care

Part time

Location South Alex Center - Alexandria , Virginia

Compensation Range:

This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour , depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Part-time opportunity available at our South Alex location in, Alexandria , Virginia . This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Part‑Time Schedule Overview

•Total Shifts: 19 partial shifts

•Shift Length: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 hours each)

Breakdown

•Weekday Shifts: 17

•Weekend shifts: 2

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

•NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program

•PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

Experience:

•Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

Licensure & Certification:

•BLS & ACLS Certification

•Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia

•DEA License

•Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol

Credentialing Requirements:

•Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)

•Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
