This program is designed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and industrial application, offering a structured, professional environment for those looking to build a career in the skilled trades.

You will be working within our new, dedicated training cell. This specialized space replicates the demands of a real-world production environment, allowing you to gain hands-on experience with industrial machinery without the pressures of the active production floor. It is the ideal setting to master technical skills, focus on quality, and build your confidence under the guidance of your instructor.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Pay Rate:  The starting pay for this position is $25.00 plus a 10% shift differential. This posting is expected to close November 17, 2026.
