Job Purpose
To manage and coordinate Import, Export, and Local Dispatch activities efficiently, ensuring timely movement of materials, accurate documentation, customs compliance, proper delivery documentation, and coordination with internal teams, customers, transporters, CHA/freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.

Key Skills & Competencies
•Strong knowledge of Import & Export processes
•Knowledge of Customs clearance and CHA coordination
•Knowledge of Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, BL/AWB, Invoice, Packing List and Certificate of Origin
•Knowledge of Delivery Challan and GST documentation
•Good understanding of local transportation and dispatch operations
•Strong coordination and follow-up skills
•Good communication with customers, vendors, CHA, and freight forwarders
•Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP
