This internship provides comprehensive exposure to the F&B industry. The successful candidate will join the team to learn and contribute in the following key areas:

•New Product Development: Help manage the full lifecycle of new products, from brainstorming initial concepts to commercial launch across our airline menus, B2B channels, and Santan Cafes.

•Quality Assurance & Testing: Participate in hands-on product tasting and testing sessions (both on the ground and on flights). Conduct regular evaluations of existing product lines to ensure consistency and high-quality standards.
•Cross-Functional Project Coordination: Act as a key liaison between the Product Innovation team and other departments (such as Marketing, Operations, and Procurement) to finalize products.

•Performance Tracking: Organize and execute product trial events, meticulously document customer feedback, and assist in reviewing post-launch sales performance metrics.
•Regulatory Compliance: Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team in establishing and documenting food safety and quality specifications to ensure all products comply with health and regulatory requirements.
