INSURANCE AGENT APPRENTICE – FARMERS INSURANCE

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Insurance Agent Apprentice, you will:

•Develop new business through agency-provided leads, referrals, and outbound outreach (calls, emails, texts, networking)

•Build rapport and identify insurance needs through consultative conversations

•Explain coverage options, handle objections, and guide customers through decisions

•Maintain consistent communication to convert prospects into satisfied clients

•Meet individual sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth

•Organize leads, track activities, and manage follow-ups using agency CRM tools

•Participate in ongoing training, sales coaching, and professional development
