What You Will Do

•Support key moments across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and employee changes through to offboarding.
•Partner with HR and Payroll to maintain accurate employee data and support payroll activities, benefits and people programs.
•Provide responsive, people-centred support to employees and managers.
•Use data, systems and technology to help identify trends and improve the way we work.
•Look beyond the task in front of you, bringing ideas to simplify processes, improve workflows and create a better employee experience.

You’ll bring:

•A team-first mindset bringing genuine enjoyment of working collaboratively, supporting others and contributing to a positive team environment.
•A growth mindset, strong initiative and genuine desire to learn and improve.
•A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, Psychology, Social Science or other related discipline.
•Confidence working with systems, data and Microsoft Office.

Previous HR or payroll experience is helpful, but not essential. We’re equally interested in transferable skills, strong potential and the right mindset.
