Job Description

Key Responsibilities

AI & Process Optimisation

•Support the exploration and adoption of AI tools to improve team productivity and streamline day-to-day processes.

•Assist in researching and documenting AI use cases, best practices, and productivity solutions.

•Support the testing and refinement of AI-enabled workflows and automation opportunities.

•Develop user guides, training materials, and communications to support AI adoption.

Business Management Support

•Assist with the preparation of presentations, and meeting materials.

•Support financial and resource management activities

•Assist in maintaining reports, trackers, and documentation to support business management activities

Skills Required

•Strong interest in AI, automation, and productivity tools.

•Good organisation and attention to detail.

•Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new technologies
