ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage AI and procurement technology startup as its first dedicated People and Recruiting hire. You will build the hiring function while establishing the people operations that support the team as it grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
•Own recruiting end to end, including sourcing, pipeline management, candidate experience, offers, and closing.
•Manage onboarding, employment contracts, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.
•Help build a high-performing team through hands-on people support and thoughtful hiring practices.
•Run daily office operations and welcome new team members and visitors.
•Set up AI agents and workflows to support sourcing, screening, and recurring tasks.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
•At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or people operations, including full-cycle hiring through offers and closing.
•Experience handling onboarding, employment contracts, or HR compliance.
•Experience working at an early-stage startup, ideally during a zero-to-one phase.
•Fluent in German and English.
•Organized, reliable, discreet with sensitive information, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
•People-first approach and interest in using AI agents to improve recruiting and operations workflows.
