What You'll Do:
•
Perform all duties in strict accordance with company safety and environmental policies—no exceptions.
•
Follow and promote all company policies, procedures, and core values.
•
Review and interpret job tickets to determine fabrication requirements.
•
Set up and operate fabrication equipment to meet rebar production needs.
•
Plan and coordinate material cutting, shaping, and assembly processes to ensure timely delivery.
•
Maintain equipment, perform routine inspections, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
•
Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
•
Minimum of 1 year of experience in fabrication environment with related field preferred.
•
Working knowledge of forklifts, overhead cranes, and safe material-handling practices.
•
Strong understanding of measurements, bending angles, and degrees.
•
Proficiency in construction-related math and measurement conversions.
•
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
•
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
•
Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as needed to meet deadlines.
