About the Team

Deutsche Bank’s EMEA Corporate Access team, based in London and Frankfurt, manages Corporate Access activities across Europe. The team organizes investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, field trips, investor trips and bespoke meetings that connect company management and investor relations teams with institutional investors. Based in Frankfurt, you will play a central role in planning and delivering these activities, working closely with Research, Sales and Banking as well as Corporate Access colleagues in the US. Your contribution will support the efficient delivery of complex Corporate Access events and effective engagement with corporate and institutional clients.

Your Responsibilities

•You lead the planning, coordination and execution of Corporate Access events across Europe, including investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, field trips and bespoke meetings.

•You build and maintain relationships with company management and investor relations teams, supporting investor engagement, targeting, roadshow planning and travel requirements.

•You manage the smooth organization and execution of complex Equity Corporate Access events.

•You engage with corporate and institutional clients to support successful outcomes across Corporate Access activities.

•You coordinate complex, multi-city schedules and logistical arrangements for Equity Corporate Access roadshows.

•You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Research, Sales and Banking as well as international Corporate Access teams to support strategic alignment and successful event delivery.

Your Skills and Experience

•You bring experience in coordinating complex, multi-city Equity Corporate Access roadshows, combined with strong project management and logistical planning skills.

•You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and can engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at different levels.

•You communicate fluently in both German and English.

•You work effectively under pressure and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

•You understand the Corporate Access market environment and relevant regulatory landscape, supporting compliant and efficient event execution.

•You collaborate effectively within diverse and international teams and contribute to a strong team environment.

•You use AI tools effectively to increase productivity, optimize processes and solve business problems. You apply sound judgement and ensure the responsible and conscientious use of data and AI-generated outputs.
