Job Family Summary: The Management Intern/Co-op job family at Procter & Gamble encompasses a range of roles that involve supporting and assisting in the execution of strategies within the team or organization. Job Description:

This role is part of our Management Internship/Co-op program. As an intern or co-op, you will be given real responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders on important projects that deliver tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist in supporting IT and digital initiatives within the team or organization.

•Support the development and implementation of digital solutions, tools, and technology to improve business processes and user experience.

•Assist in data analysis and visualization to generate insights and support business decision-making.

•Participate in technology projects, including system improvement, automation, and process optimization under guidance.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into practical technology solutions.

•Explore and apply emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to support business opportunities and improve efficiency.

•Engage in learning opportunities to develop practical knowledge of IT, data, digital solutions, and business operations.

•You will receive responsibilities from Day 1 – Experience a structured 2-month Internship program working on a real-life business challenge

Job Qualifications

•Third or fourth-year university student in any field but preferred in Computer Engineering or related fields

•Master's degree student who will graduate in 2027 in any field but preferred in business-related fields and no work experience

•Be able to join the full program on May 2027 – July 2027 (10 Weeks)

•Must have proven success of strong leadership by envisioning, direction setting, and enrolling others; thinking/problem solving; creativity & innovation; initiative & follow-through; communication; and priority setting.

•Fluent in English and Thai
