Join our Easterseals NH team in Belmont NH as a Direct Support Associate , where you’ll empower adults with developmental disabilities and diverse support needs to build independence, engage in their communities, and live fulfilling lives.

What You’ll Do:

As a Day Program Direct Support Associate , you’ll support individuals as they participate in engaging, community-based, and skill‑building activities such as:

•Vocational tasks

•Volunteerism

•Outings and integrative community experiences

Your responsibilities will range from providing general supervision to offering hand‑over‑hand assistance, always ensuring each person receives the individualized support they need to succeed.

Compensation: We have several openings between $19-$23/hr depending on program needs

Hours: full-time, benefit-eligible 30 -35 hours/week, Monday - Friday

We also have part-time!

What We’re Looking For

We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path. Ideal candidates may have experience as a:

•Direct Support Professional (DSP)

•Residential Counselor

•Caregiver

•Behavior Technician

•Support Counselor

Qualifications:

•Minimum 18 years of age

•Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance

•High School Diploma or GED
