JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Type: Full-Time, Paid Internship
Compensation: $20/hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Duration: Ongoing / Flexible
POSITION OVERVIEW
Maxinsights is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Data Operations Interns to support our Data Operations Manager and Operations team. This hands-on role involves data collection, equipment management, quality assurance, and general operational support to help projects run efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Data Collection: Perform hands-on video data collection using specialized equipment and project SOPs.
•Quality Assurance: Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
•Equipment Management: Assist with setup, testing, inventory, shipping, and troubleshooting.
•Operational Support: Support daily tasks, administrative activities, and special projects.
•Data Organization: Maintain files, spreadsheets, trackers, and project documentation.
•Project Coordination: Track deliverables, monitor progress, and communicate updates.
•Process Improvement: Identify issues and help improve operational workflows.
•Additional Responsibilities: Assist with other tasks as needed to support Operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Prior experience in technical operations, data collection, logistics, or a related field preferred.
•Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
•Able to learn new hardware, software, and technical equipment.
•Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•Interest in AI, robotics, technology, or operations is a plus.
•Current students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
