Job description

Location: Sunbury-on-Thames (Relocating to Weybridge in near future)

Hours: Monday-Friday (8.30-17:00)

What you will do

Join our team as a Dispatcher / Planner and become an important part of our installation team.

You'll help coordinate engineer appointments, support customers throughout their journey, and work with colleagues to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. No two days are the same, making it a great role for someone who enjoys being organised, working collaboratively, and making a difference behind the scenes. Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

•Organised, proactive, and willing to communicate with customers and colleagues by phone, email, and other channels as required.
•A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
•Enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to work well as part of a team

•Experience working in an office-based environment
•Previous experience coordinating tasks or managing competing priorities
•Confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer systems

How you will do it

•Dispatch engineers to customer appointments, making sure the right person gets to the right job at the right time.
•Keep engineer diaries running smoothly by balancing workloads and ensuring everyone stays productive and supported.
•Coordinate customer visits from start to finish - confirming details, planning ahead, and keeping everything on track.
•Work closely with engineers and managers to solve problems quickly and keep customers feeling confident and informed.
•Work with the team by coordinating schedules, materials, and follow‑up visits so engineers can stay focused on the job.
