Join the P&G Commercial Internship Week, a 3-day interactive experience designed for first-year university students looking to gain real-world business exposure and discover what a career in Sales at P&G could look like.

Based in our Harrogate office, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how we partner with major retailers, develop growth strategies for iconic brands, and turn shopper insights into commercial success. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, take part in business challenges, and gain valuable insight into one of the UK's leading graduate employers.

Please note any future roles would be based at our Harrogate office only. There are alternative roles available for those wishing to work at our other UK sites or functions other than sales as these will not be offered through this programme.

What To Expect

Our Commercial Internship Week will give you the opportunity to meet with senior leaders as well as recent graduates so you can get a real sense for what it’s like to work for P&G after 1 year or 20!

The Internship Week will take place at our Harrogate Office, Yorkshire, 31st March – 2nd April 2027. We will provide accommodation for two nights and a chance to network with a variety of people around the company through activities in the evenings.

What You Will Gain:

•Training & coaching You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring.

•Summer Internship Successful participants have the potential to secure a summer internship with P&G in Harrogate for the following summer. As a 'build from within' company, our people start at entry level in Harrogate and progress through the organization. When we make a job offer, it’s with the expectation that you will grow into one of our future leaders, and to help you get there, you will work closely with skilled P&G veterans for mentoring and coaching at every step.

Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

•University students who are either in their first year of a 3-year degree or in their or second year of a 4-year degree.

•Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – this might be playing a musical instrument, volunteering in a university society, or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application!

•Someone who is looking to build and develop their career in the North.

•Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Strong verbal and written English language skills.
