Salary : 40PLN/Hour

Working pattern: Minimum 20 hours per week

Location : Krakow/ Cracow

Role overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity to get a real insight into our business and contribute to delivery of standardised, global service management solutions powered by ServiceNow technology. On a 6-month internship with us, you'll get the chance to experience it first-hand.

What you’ll be doing:

Thanks to a combination of digital learning and on-the-job training, you’ll build a wealth of new skills with the help of industry experts.

This is your chance to gain a fantastic insight into a leading, global business but it’s up to you to make the most of it. Opportunities following on from this programme could be a role directly within the business as an experienced hire (subject to performance and roles’ availability).

Who we’re looking for:

•A university student studying any business subject

•You’ll need to be open-minded, curious, collaborative and agile – someone who enjoys problem solving, reporting and who recognises the power of teamwork

•You'll also need to be proficient in English (B2) and have practical experience of using MS Office products, e.g. MS PowerPoint

•Basic knowledge of AI chatbots, self-service portals and user experience will be a plus
