•Identifier les facteurs de risque pouvant conduire à une obsolescence ou à une disruption d’approvisionnement (fournisseurs, composants, matières premières, évolutions technologiques, contraintes réglementaires, etc.) ;
•Analyser les données disponibles et les indicateurs pertinents permettant une détection précoce des risques ;
•Définir une méthodologie d’évaluation de la criticité des obsolescences en intégrant les impacts opérationnels, financiers, qualité et clients ;
•Élaborer une matrice de priorisation et/ou une formule afin de classer les obsolescences selon leur niveau de risque et leur urgence de traitement ;
•Identifier et recommander les leviers d’action adaptés (sécurisation des stocks, double sourcing, re-design produit, qualification de nouveaux fournisseurs (dual sourcing), plans de mitigation, etc.) ;
•Formaliser un processus standardisé et reproductible pouvant être déployé au sein de l’organisation.

Ce stage est fait pour vous :

•Étudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur avec une spécialisation en génie industriel, aéronautique ou aérospatial. Niveau Master 2 ou dernière année d’école d’ingénieur
