How it works

•Create a free Roo account   and let us know you're actively looking for part- or full-time work when you create your profile.

•Test the fit during relief shifts: Complete relief shifts to discover hospitals that are a good culture fit.

•Roo plays matchmaker: Once you’ve found a hospital you love, we’ll reach out to the hospital to confirm their interest.

•Land your dream job & celebrate: Negotiate your contract with the hospital directly, then connect with us to manage any outstanding shifts.

•If you and the hospital agree it's a fit, accept the offer. If not, keep exploring on your timeline.

What you'll need

•An active veterinary license in good standing in the state(s) where you plan to work.

•Clinical experience in general practice, emergency, or a specialty.

•Openness to working a few relief shifts at a hospital before accepting a role there.
