The Position

Global Customer Support (GCS) is the global organization responsible for best-in-class service excellence in the Diagnostics Division. GCS supports the regional and local service organizations of Roche Diagnostics by providing training, knowledge, spare parts, and digital tools to meet their needs for successful enablement of customer operations. We are the voice, and the bridge between the service teams and the Global Business teams, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the center of product designs and updates.

Within GCS, the Digital Service Solutions (DSS) chapter is managing a state-of-the-art service and data management IT portfolio. We drive innovation by bringing together and developing highly skilled business experts, with the ability to translate complex business needs into efficient digital solutions, and run agile teams for delivery and support. To do what really matters, we co-create with customers, both internally and externally.

For our customer-facing portfolio in digital service solutions, DSS is looking for a senior professional (m/f/d) with passion for service business and sound background in the design of advanced information systems. In this role you will orchestrate digital business transformation and oversee critical deliverables; such as business capability model and product backlog. A Senior Business Product Owner will take a leading role in bringing the vision of their respective product in the portfolio to life while finding synergies and optimizations within the entire ecosystem.

The opportunity:

•Leverages market landscape knowledge, innovative thinking, and automation concepts to deliver novel business solutions that enable business strategy

•Drives innovation and efficiency of digital process chain and customer journey, end-to-end, within DSS and across product and domain boundaries

•Is accountable for Business Program related demand exploration, analysis, and roadmap delivery. Contributes to the domain roadmap plan

•Collaborates across programs and value streams, to build efficient end-to-end processes, data models or products, and ensuring functionality

Who you are:

•Strong communication and (senior) stakeholder management skills - you are able to inspire and motivate others

•Excellent English (verbal and written)

•The ability to keep the big picture in mind, visualize it, communicate it and implement it with high self-motivation for having an impact on our customers and ultimately patients

•Sound background in relevant technologies, such as Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, Advanced Analytics, AI, medical/IVD device engineering, lab automation

•Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategies to tangible outcomes, combined with strong solutioning, problem-solving and analytical skills

•Entrepreneurial mindset: solution oriented, adaptable, customer-centric

This role requires up to 30% of international travel.
