WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As an Agency Sales Advisor, you'll play an important role in expanding our customer base, identifying insurance needs, and helping individuals, families, and businesses find coverage that fits their circumstances.

Your responsibilities will include:

•Developing new business through agency-provided leads, referrals, outbound calls, emails, texts, and networking opportunities

•Building rapport with prospective customers and identifying their insurance needs through meaningful conversations

•Preparing personalized quotes and presenting Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products

•Confidently explaining coverage options, addressing objections, and guiding customers through purchasing decisions

•Maintaining consistent communication with prospects to turn opportunities into new business

•Establishing strong, long-term customer relationships that encourage retention and referrals

•Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and help customers address potential coverage gaps

•Working toward individual sales objectives while contributing to the agency's overall production goals

•Organizing and tracking leads, quotes, customer interactions, and follow-up activities through agency CRM systems

•Participating in ongoing training, sales coaching, and professional development to continuously strengthen your skills

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•Has previous experience in sales, insurance, or another results-oriented environment

•Communicates confidently and enjoys building relationships with new people

•Is comfortable making outbound calls, following up with prospects, and asking for the sale

•Thrives on achieving measurable goals and is motivated by performance-based earning opportunities

•Demonstrates persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude when facing challenges or rejection

•Possesses strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail

•Takes initiative, follows through on commitments, and works well independently

•Welcomes coaching and actively looks for opportunities to improve

•Has a genuine interest in professional development and long-term career advancement

•Currently holds a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license, or is willing to obtain the required licensing
