•Support Account Managers with user provisioning and deprovisioning, student account troubleshooting, invoicing, and other administrative and program-related needs.
•Coordinate NCLEX virtual event scheduling by distributing scheduling links, monitoring booking status, and following up with schools that have not yet scheduled.
•Coordinate scheduling and logistics for occasional in-office meetings and events.
•Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation to support customer and program activities.
•Use Microsoft 365, Monday.com, Salesforce, and other business applications to support operational processes.
•Provide additional administrative and program support as needed.

Qualifications

Education

•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Associate degree or relevant administrative certification preferred.

Experience

•1-3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, office coordination, or a related field preferred.
•Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, Zoom, or similar business applications preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to learn and work effectively with new technology platforms and business processes.

Key Competencies

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
•Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments.
•Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
