Job Description

Responsibilities:

•Prepare accounting journal entries for monthly close transactional activities, including but not limited to: fixed assets, operating leases, standardized journal entries.
•Perform balance sheet account reconciliations for low risk general ledger and sub-ledger accounts.
•Operate ERP systems to complete automated procedures, including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) load procedures.
•Maintain the company’s Costar system to record operating leases
•Perform control procedures to ensure compliance SOX
•Support requests from external and internal auditors as well as various groups company-wide
•Participate in process improvement initiatives
•Complete ad-hoc projects as requested

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:  Minimum 2 years experience in transactional roles, including Intercompany, PtP, OtC; OR minimum 1 year experience in equivalent RtR roleAccuracy is required in performing all aspects of the rolePrevious experience in a large scale organisation would be beneficialAbility to work well under time constraintsComputer literacy, incl.
