Job description
Responsilibilties:
•Assist in monitoring and maintaining facility equipment and systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting, water, air compressors)
•Support preventive maintenance schedules and record-keeping
•Participate in workplace safety checks and environmental compliance tasksSupport energy-saving and sustainability initiatives
•Prepare reports and documentation as required by the facilities team
•Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager
Qualifications:
•Studying in major in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or other engineering bachelor degree or above, with major in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or other engineering
•Good communication and willing to learn, ability to work under pressure and work with careful
